Payment: bank transfer or cash, with receipt
When you accept our offer, payment is immediate. You choose how to receive the money.
How we pay you
Cash. We meet by appointment, at our office in Lugano or at your place (in Ticino, in Switzerland and in neighbouring countries such as Italy, Germany and Austria), check the watch together and pay you right away.
We always ask for an ID document.
Bank transfer. We pay you by instant bank transfer, at the moment the watch is handed over. We need the IBAN and the account holder's name, which must be the seller.
The receipt
For every purchase from a private seller we issue a receipt with the watch details (brand, model, reference, serial number), the price paid and your details, including an ID document. The receipt can also be signed remotely, through a personal link.
Why a receipt. For you it is proof of the sale and of the price; for us it documents where the watch comes from.
