- You message us on WhatsApp with photos of your watch.
- Usually within 24 working hours you receive a purchase offer.
- If you are interested, we set an appointment: at our office in Lugano or at your place. Watches are viewed by appointment only.
- If you accept, payment is immediate, in cash or by instant bank transfer.
